It stopped raining!

Towards St Michael's mount, from Mousehole

Work in progress
Hooray, it didn't rain today so I was able to get out and paint two pieces in Mousehole. This one was a really interesting view looking towards St Michael's mount, which was lit by the sun for a couple of hours. I also liked the little glints of light on the buildings in the distance. And of course I fell in love with the waves against the rocks here, all over again :-)

  1. Hey Haidee,
Just came across your blog, That is a very lovely painting above with the sun hitting the Mount. It looks very fresh and spontaneous with that surf as well in the foreground. Super work and well done for finding space between the clouds.
If you get to Bath/Salisbury/Wiltshire let me know and maybe we can arrange some painting together.
Hope the weather holds for you, good painting
    Andrew :)

  2. Bonjour,

    Gros bisous
